Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at Adventure Zone, Bahar Plaza Level – JBR The Walk Jumeirah Beach Residence – Dubai.
Is there an age requirement?
Adventure Island is designed for ages 5 and up.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Adventure Island is an indoor experience held in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
There are different games to play. One standard session of Laser Island takes 15-20 minutes, and so does the Pixel Game. You can purchase combo tickets with different durations, or purchase multiple sessions of the game you like the most!
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages are available at the venue. Please note that external food and drinks are not allowed.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available.
What should I wear?
The experiences require active wear and closed-toe shoes or sneakers. A waiver is required if playing without recommended footwear.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on-site, subject to availability. To save time and ensure you get to attend the session time of your choosing, we recommend purchasing tickets online. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, some rooms may have flashing lights or be dimly lit. Please inform the staff if these could be a concern for you.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available at the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, feel free to take photos at the venue. Phones are not allowed in certain rooms which are marked at the door. Please ensure not to disturb other customers and respect general privacy.
