Where is the experience located?
Prison Island Dubai is located in Adventure Island at City Centre Deira - Food Central, Deira City Center - Port Saeed - Dubai. You can enjoy both the Prison Island experience and the Adventure Island experience at the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
Activities are designed for both adults & kids (ages 3+, 6+, 8+, and 50+) with certain attractions requiring a minimum height instead of a specific age. Kids between 3-11 years will require an accompanying adult.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Adventure Island is an indoor experience held in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The activity lengths vary, ranging from 20 minutes to 2+ hours.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages are available at the venue. Please note that external food and drinks are not allowed.
Is there parking available?
Get 3 hours free parking at City Centre Deira mall - validate your ticket at reception.
What should I wear?
The experiences require active wear and closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Pixel, Beamz & Laser Island: A waiver is required if playing without recommended footwear. Prison Island: Active wear and closed-toe shoes or sneakers are mandatory. Canopy Trail: Active wear and closed-toe shoes or sneakers are mandatory. Little Island: Only provided grip socks allowed. Tangle Drop: Socks are recommended.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on-site, subject to availability. To save time and ensure you get to attend the session time of your choosing, we recommend purchasing tickets online. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, some rooms may have flashing lights or be dimly lit. Please inform the staff if these could be a concern for you.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available at the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, feel free to take photos at the venue. Phones are not allowed in certain rooms which are marked at the door. Please ensure not to disturb other customers and respect general privacy.
